MTU did an outstanding job solving a very difficult waterproofing issue in our elevator pit. After drilling work disturbed the ground 40 feet down near Lake Washington, we had significant water flowing into the elevator pit and into the garage.

Mark and Jesse were relentless in finding a solution to what was a complex and expensive problem. They carefully worked through different approaches to stop the water intrusion, putting in many hours of work well beyond what was originally bid. Mark assured us he would get it done, and he kept his word.
