So, you get a large pump, a 5-year warranty + the emergency battery system that has 2 gel cell non maintenance batteries. It is self-controlled if your power should happen to go out and your home or business still needs the sump protection of keeping you dry. And you have many hours of run time with the 2 gel non maintenance batteries. So, if the Wi-Fi capable controller hooked up to a cell phone modem gives you a notification that your emergency back up 12-volt pump has turned on.
